Pets are not allowed here. It helps me maintain a perfectly spotless place and negates any issues with anyone who might have allergies that come after.

Children are not allowed, as the space is not child-proof , and the the top of the staircase is open.

Yes! I am in North Truro for the season and if you need anything at all, I’m a text or phone call away.

Nothing overly strict - just the usual courtesies you’d expect in a thoughtfully maintained space. Full details are available in the AirBnB listing before you book.
There are no annoying notes or lists of chores here, I ask that you leave it as you found it and I’ll take care of the rest.

Yes, upscale, new linens are provided. Also, the bed is a new queen Saatva and is exceptionally comfortable.

For well over a decade, I have cleaned myself. This guarantees that my standard of “a spotless luxe stay” is always assured.

Probably! I always let guests know as soon as my place is ready for them. Typically, guests check in as early as noon, and often earlier. If you have a special request for timing, just let me know, I will accommodate you in any way possible.

Check-in is after 3PM and check-out is promptly at 10AM. I frequently have flexibility with this to accommodate early arrivals. Just ask.

Yes! A gentle reminder that shoes are not allowed inside and that this is not a place for a party.
Friends dropping by for a drink to enjoy my beautiful place is just fine.

I am directly on Commercial St. in the center of town. You will hear Provincetown, although not as much as to be too loud. It is very peaceful here, even though you’re just steps away from the best of P'town.
