“This was our second time staying at Adrienne’s place and it was just as beautiful, pristinely clean, and enjoyable as the first time. It is right in the heart of Commercial Street, so getting to people watch from the front porch is one of our favorite pastimes here. Adrienne clearly puts so much love and care into the space to make it feel welcoming and like home. We will definitely be back again and again! ”
“Adrienne Marie’s place was exactly as advertised and then some. Spotless, easy to find, great views, and every amenity you could need or want in a home. It’s right in the heart of everything, but quiet enough to get some rest and relax. We got to town a little earlier than expected and Adrienne was fast to respond to let us know that we were able to check in early. We would highly suggest booking Adrienne’s place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Ptown!

“Adrianne’s place is the BEST ABNB in town. It is right on commercial street and the parking spot is right next to the door. Private balcony overlooks Commercial street and is perfect for drinking wine and people watching. Adrianne was very responsive to us before and during the stay and we even had the chance to meet her. She is a wonderful host, do not pass this up if it is available. ❤️❤️”
“Our stay at Adrienne’s was wonderful! The apartment is so convenient to all the busy bakeries, restaurants, bookstores and clubs on Commercial Street, yet feels completely private once you’re inside. It’s very clean and comfortable, and is beautifully decorated. Adrienne is a terrific host! Parking was convenient, and it was great to be in the heart of Provincetown.

“This was truly an incredible place to stay. The space felt cozy and private, the balconies were so relaxing to spend time people watching from, and the entire place was so well stocked with the essentials and more. While you could hear some noise from Commercial St (because it’s the most amazing location right on Commercial St!), it felt like a quiet and relaxing white noise track that lulled us to sleep each night. Oh and the bed - the bed was sooo comfortable!! We can’t wait to stay here again in the future. Thank you so much, Adrienne!!”

“We were extremely impressed with how quaint the house was. Decorated so beautifully and gave a sense of calmness and style- above and beyond with decor details. It really set the mood!
The was soooo clean and very well maintained. Location was amazing, right on Commercial street. She was very well-prepped for us- she had a medicine cabinet, lotions, emergency essentials, thermos…everything that you might need for a weekend by the water. She also knew that Commercial street might be a little loud for some hosts, that she even provided ear buds to block out the noise at night.”
“The place is beautiful inside, and is one of the best equipped and appointed AirBnBs we’ve ever stayed in. It was spotlessly clean and felt homey and stylish. Location is great - right in the middle of everything but you can still feel like you’re in your own space. We loved the two balconies. Host was always helpful and responsive. We’d love to stay here again next time we’re in Ptown.”

“I’ve been visiting PTown for years and honestly this is the best place I’ve ever stayed. Adrienne’s gorgeous home is right in the middle of the magic, but because it’s on the second and third floor, you get to observe the wonderful madness while being removed from it. The second floor deck provides an ideal view of the parade that is Commercial street. The upper balcony is a sweet spot to have your coffee while gazing on the ocean, feeling literally “above it all.” The apartment is perfectly furnished, containing everything you need, while not feeling cluttered. Adrienne has a cool style that’s evident in her place, and we loved spending time there. Wish I could move right in! But I’ll settle for another stay in her special abode.”
“What can I say about this amazing place?! This was our second stay and it felt like coming home! It’s the perfect amount of feeling like you’re right in the hustle and bustle of Commercial Street while also having privacy.
The decor is amazing and creative. The home is nice and clean and has everything you need! The porches are our favorite parts of the home! Love coming back from Commercial Street to relax outside on porches! Love having a private parking spot.
It’s just all around the perfect airbnb and we will continue to try and stay yearly as long as this spot is available!!”
“One of the best locations, I’ve experienced in Ptown in the last 10 years. One porch offers a beautiful water view, while the other is a perfect perch above Commercial to watch people and take in the magical buzz of Ptown. The home is generously stocked with everything you could possibly need to live like home while you’re here. An absolute delight!”
“I can’t say enough good things about our stay! The location was perfect—right in the heart of town. We were close to all the excitement but still felt like we had our own private oasis. The place matched the photos and description: clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything we needed, including AC.
We especially enjoyed sitting on the two balconies and watching the lively activity on Commercial Street. Adrienne was fantastic—communicative, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. I highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a perfectly located spot in the center of it all. We can’t wait to come back!”

“This is genuinely one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. The location is really right in the middle of things, but somehow there’s enough privacy to feel like you’re in a sanctuary in the busiest part of Provincetown. The noise level was lower than I expected given the location, and Adrienne thoughtfully provided two pairs of earplugs.
The Airbnb is absolutely immaculate, and even better, it looks, feels, and functions as a *home*. It’s tastefully decorated and very thoughtfully stocked with amenities and “little things”, like umbrellas (a life saver), beach chairs, toiletries, and more.
I’m not surprised that this place tends to be fully booked. I eagerly await my next stay here in warmer weather when I can take advantage of the spectacular decks.”
